Membership is open to medical practitioners in neurosurgery and orthopaedic spine surgery. Every application is subject to committee approval.
Membership fees
Registration
RM50 once
Paid once, with your first application.
Annual membership
RM100 per year
Renewable every 1 January.
Lifetime membership
RM500 once
No annual renewal.

Download and complete the form
Fill in the membership application form with the required details.

Email it with your documents
Send the completed form to ppsemoffice@gmail.com with your curriculum vitae and proof of payment attached.

Pay on approval
Once approved, pay by online transfer or cheque to Persatuan Pembedahan Spina Endoskopi Malaysia (PPSEM), Maybank account 562759712768. SWIFT: MBBEMYKL.

Receive your confirmation
We reply with a receipt and your membership approval. Please allow three working days for the process.
